10th YUI single “LOVE & TRUTH”

With no intention of slowing down, singer-songwriter YUI is already planning her next release. Titled LOVE & TRUTH, this’ll be YUI’s tenth single and will be used as the theme song to the Yukisada Isao directed film Closed Note. This’ll be yet another connection with Sawajiri Erika, with the first being Erika taking up the same role as YUI is the drama version of Taiyou no Uta. The single is slated for an Autumn release and a preview can be heard here.

Prior to the movie’s release will be a DVD, Music Movie With YUI, which includes the making of the film, live footage and the music video for the song. YUI will also be narrating it.

YUI started off with the indies single It’s happy line but was quickly signed to Sony Music. YUI’s ninth single, My Generation/Understand, was released only a month ago.
