This is really spiffy news for D!
On July 24th there’s a new Nintendo DS game coming out called 「トワイライトシンドローム～禁じ� �れた都市伝説～」 (Twilight Syndrome～Kinjirareta Toshidentsu～) and the ending theme will be a new song by D called 「波紋」 (Hamon).

Furthermore, on August 16th there’s a movie called 「トワイライトシンドローム デッドゴーランド」 (Twilight Syndrome Dead Go Round) where D’s new piece 「闇の国のアリス」 (Yami no Kuni no Alice) will be featured as the theme song! (P.S. Click the link for more information on the movie).

They plan to release both songs in the future.

And a final piece of news, D is having a live to commemorate their major debut! It’s a one day only special onaman that takes place on August 2nd at Shinkiba STUDIO COAST. The live is called 「BIRTH～空への回帰～」 (Sora e no Kaiki). Tickets go on sale starting July 12th.

Và D’s Last Indies Live DVD

Back at the end of 2007 D announced (as did we here on Shattered-Tranquility.net) that they would be going major! To commeorate their final days as an indie band, they’re releasing a D Last Indies Tour live DVD. The DVD will come out on July 30th and contains footage from their tour final that took place on May 5th at Akasaka BLITZ.

The DVD will contain 19 tracks including their major debut single, “BIRTH”, backstage footage of the live, including the members without their usual makeup.

The limited first press edition will come in a special sleeve, and cost 4500 yen. The working title for the DVD is D LIVE TOUR 2008 “Follow me” FINAL.
