Sound Horizon (サウンドホライズン/Saundo Horaizun), hay còn người hâm mộ gọi tắt là Sanhora hoặc SH, là một ban nhạc Nhật Bản với người đứng đầu là Revo. Họ tự gọi mình là "ban nhạc huyễn tưởng" (幻想楽団), cho ra mắt những tác phẩm với nội dung huyễn tưởng được diễn đạt bằng âm nhạc, và không có sự cố định về thành viên tham gia trong album hay single.
Phong cách âm nhạc
Sound Horizon kể chuyện bằng âm nhạc; một album có thể gồm nhiều bài hát với từng câu chuyện khác nhau nhưng có chung chủ đề, hoặc toàn bộ bài hát trong album với nội dung nối tiếp tạo thành một câu chuyện lớn. Các tác phẩm của Sound Horizon có sự phối hợp giữa giọng hát và lời dẫn truyện, và Sound Horizon bắt đầu mời các seiyū tham gia phần dẫn kể từ tác phẩm chuyên đầu tiên. Lời nhạc và lời dẫn thường mang nhiều tầng nghĩa, xen lẫn nhiều thứ tiếng khác nhau, với nội dung mang màu sắc huyền bí và huyễn tưởng, xen lẫn các yếu tố lịch sử, truyện cổ tích, bùa mê, truyền thuyết, giấc mộng, chiến tranh, thiên đàng, tình yêu cấm đoán, sự ham muốn, nỗi ám ảnh, tội ác, các mối quan hệ v.v...

Bài hát này tên là Ishidatami no akaki akuma trích trong single Seisen no Iberia.
"Seisen no Iberia" diễn ra ở bán đảo Iberia, thời kì cuộc Thánh Chiến nổ ra giữa các tín đồ Cơ Đốc Giáo và Hồi Giáo.
Nhân vật nữ chính, Layla có cha mẹ là 2 người theo 2 tín ngưỡng khác nhau: Cơ Đốc Giáo và Hồi Giáo. Khi chiến tranh giữa hai giáo phái này xảy ra, bình yên trong gia đình Layla cũng biến mất (có khả năng là cha mẹ của Layla giết chết nhau). Layla trở nên căm thù cuộc sống, nhưng không thể đứng về bất kì bên nào, và không hiểu thực chất mình căm thù ai.
Khi chạy khỏi nhà, Layla bị thương nặng vì trúng tên (tên bay đạn lạc từ chiến trường) và vô tình ngã xuống hầm ngục nơi giam cầm 1 tên ác quỷ (Shaytān). Theo truyền thuyết, đây là con quỷ điều khiển lửa đã bị một nhà thông thái phong ấn bằng viên đá xanh do Chúa trời ban tặng loài người. Hắn đã bị giam cầm, cô độc trong 1 khoảng thời gian rất dài và gần như quên mất tên mình.
Đau khổ và tuyệt vọng, Layla đã có giao ước với hắn và trở nên bất tử. Trong bài hát, Layla nhắc đến "tự tử". Tử tự là hành vi bị cấm cả ở Cơ Đốc Giáo lẫn Hồi Giáo, và có vẻ như là để trở thành bất tử thì Layla-con người sẽ bị kết liễu (đại loại vậy). Dẫu sao thì Layla cũng đã đồng ý.
Bị bỏ rơi trong nỗi cô độc và bóng tối cho đến khi gặp được Layla, Shaytān quyết định sẽ bảo vệ Layla và tiêu diệt tất cả những gì mà cô căm ghét.
Tiếp sau đó, 3 chị em Enjá, Saránda, Trin, được nhà thông thái Sadi giao cho nhiệm vụ quan sát và lưu giữ lịch sử, cùng nhau kể về Reconquista of Iberia (tạm dịch là "Cuộc chinh phục Iberia"). Cuộc chiến kéo dài (có thể) là hậu quả của việc Layla vẫn chưa thể quyết định xem nên tiêu diệt giáo phái nào. Nhưng sau nhiều năm chứng kiến vòng tròn chiến tranh vẫn tiếp tục (cuộc Thánh chiến trên thực tế kéo dài 750 năm), Layla hiểu ra rằng bản thân cô không hề căm ghét Cơ Đốc Giáo hay Hồi Giáo. Thứ duy nhất cô căm ghét chính là "Chiến Tranh" (ở đây là chiến tranh giữa người và người). Và Shaytān, với quyết định hủy diệt tất cả những gì Layla ghét, đã gây chiến với loài người, buộc 2 giáo phái này phải đoàn kết lại với nhau. Chiến tranh kết thúc và một vương quốc Cơ Đốc Giáo đặt tại trung tâm Castilla được thành lập.
Ngoại ngữ
"Seisen no Iberia" sử dụng 4 thứ tiếng: Nhật, Anh, Tây Ban Nha và Ả-rập.
Rất nhiều địa danh và danh từ Tây Ban Nha được sử dụng, ***g vào lời hát tiếng Nhật: Reconquista (Cuộc chinh phục), Dios (Chúa trời), Aragón, Cataluña, Castilla, León, Hispania Romana, etc...
Đoạn đối thoại giữa Layla và Shaytān sử dụng tiếng Tây Ban Nha và Ả-rập (mỗi người 1 tiếng, có lẽ cũng là để thể hiện phần nào việc 2 tôn giáo đang gây chiến với nhau).
Nhân vật và tên gọi
Trong cốt truyện, con quỷ bị giam cầm trong ngục tối lâu đến nỗi dường như tên gọi bị mất đi. Có lẽ vì thế mà SH đã không chọn cho nhân vật này cái tên nào khác ngoài "Shaytān". Đây là 1 cái tên Ả-rập, có nghĩa là "Quỷ". (Rất phù hợp và đơn giản
Enjá, Saránda, Trin đều là những cái tên Tây Ban Nha, phát âm là "En-ni-a", "Sa-ran-da" và "T'-rin" (âm "r" hơi nhấn). Ngoài ra cũng có 1 số cái tên Tây Ban Nha nữa nhưng không quan trọng mấy.
